其实这种想象的根本原因是对题干中的表示时态的标志没有心理准备。

Used to be给了我们一个很好的信号，原文还觉得信号不够强烈还添加了一个until the 1960s，句中的factories跟industrial遥相呼应。答案呼之欲出。

原文如下：

There are also a few things the students can do after the tour. In the theatrette on the ground floor there are continuous screenings of short documentaries about dinosaurs which they can see at any time. We used to 【过去可以排除】have an activity room with more interactive things like making models of dinosaurs【A】 and drawing and painting pictures【C】, even hunting for dinosaur eggs【D】, but unfortunately the room was damaged in a bad storm recently when water came in the roof, so that’s closed at the moment. But we do have an IT centre where students have access to CD ROMs with a range of dinosaur games. 所以，做时态型的选择题时，我们审题时一定要注意题干中限定的时间词，对这些词语要有一定的敏感程度。这样才能够在真正听到他们的时候做出快读的反应。
