加拿大本科转学可以转多少学分？

 　　最近很多大学在读的学生问到加拿大本科转学的事情，主要2个原因，一是高中毕业想出国家里没决定好，拖到现在；二是加拿大研究生申请条件逐年提高、招生人数有太少，导致申请难度越来越大，但又非常想去加拿大，所以采取本科转学先过去，以后再进修硕士。那么加拿大各校转学大概能转多少学分呢，以下将问的比较多的几所学校的转学政策总结如下，供大家参考：

　　1、西蒙菲莎大学

　　最多可转60学分

　　You must have successfully completed 24 units of transferable post-secondary course work and may transfer up to a maximum of 60 units toward your degree program.

　　2、维多利亚大学

　　一般最后一年不接收转学生，所以一般最多能转60个学分

　　Transfer credit granted on admission to a degree program is not limited but may not normally be applied to the final 30 units of the program. Exceptions to this regulation require the approval of the Dean of the faculty concerned. If a student’s performance warrants a review of transfer credit granted on admission, the University reserves the right to require such a student to make up any deficiencies （without additional credit） before proceeding to studies at a higher level.

　　3、约克大学

　　最多能转90个学分

　　If you have completed postsecondary courses elsewhere, you may be eligible to receive credit which will reduce the length of your degree. Most programs at York consist of 120 credits and take four years to complete. Provided the courses you have taken fit your program, you may receive up to a maximum of 90 credits.

　　4、滑铁卢大学

　　最多能转2年的学分

　　If you are admitted into an honours or 4-year general program, you can receive up to 10 units of transfer credit （the equivalent of 2 years of study at Waterloo）。

　　5、新不伦瑞克大学

　　最多能转2年学分

　　You must take at least 50 per cent of the credits required for your degree, diploma or certificate at UNB.

　　6、纽芬兰纪念大学

　　转学分主要根据课程吻合度和课程分数是否满足转学分标准，建议课程分数75%以上

　　Transfer credits may be included in a degree program provided that the transferring course is equivalent to a specific course required for the degree. In some cases, where the transferring course has no direct equivalent to a course at MUN, unspecified credit may be awarded. These credits can sometimes be used to fulfill elective requirements on a degree program. You should check with an advisor for the appropriate Faculty/School in this regard.

　　7、温莎大学

　　国际学生能转多少学分需要由系主任决定

　　Candidates from degree programs offered by non-Canadian universities may request transfer credit. The amount of transfer credit will be decided by the Dean of the Faculty concerned.

　　8、劳里埃大学

　　转学分评估需要根据在读的专业、已完成的课程、取得的学分和要申请的专业四个方面来决定

　　Transfer credit assessments are dependent upon the program and courses a student has taken, the grades achieved, and the program the applicant is entering at Laurier.

　　Where possible, course-for-course credit is granted. If this is not possible, general elective credit will be awarded.

　　9、康考迪亚大学

　　至少需要在康大完成45-60个学分，即最多能转60-75个学分

　　A minimum of 45 credits, and in some cases 60 credits, must be taken at Concordia University.

　　以上所推荐的院校，虽然申请途径是Transfer，但是学生最终拿到的offer还是4年制的。

　　不利点：

　　一、学生担保金压力大，还需要按照4年来准备担保金。

　　二、未知因素大，学生到校之后如果减免不了学分，还是有可能需要重新读4年本科。

　　加拿大的公立大学通常对中国大学的学分认可较少，大专更少。而且几乎没有大学会在学生到校前给出清晰的转学分报告。与此相比，CBU、UPEI和Bishop的转学分项目有很大不同。

　　具体介绍如下：

　　1. 学分转移多，最多60 学分（20 门课）；

　　例如4年本科，可以最多接受2年学分，3年本科最多接受1.5 年学分。

　　学分评估报告处理时间：

　　CBU： 商科转学分收到文件后1个月，理工科转学分收到文件后3-6个月

　　UPEI： 2-4周

　　Bishop： 4-8周
